I\u2019ve always been deeply sensitive.\nI could feel the mood in a room, sense what wasn\u2019t being said, and pick up on emotions no one voiced. Energies were always part of my experience \u2014 and I moved with them in my own quiet way.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

For most of my life, I believed my sensitivity meant there was something wrong with me \u2014 that I was too much, too soft, never quite enough.\n\nLife really tested me. In 2008, a serious illness became a major turning point and, in its own way, took me out of life for years.\nFor more than eight years, I could barely function. I searched for healing \u2014 inside myself and in my outer world. I tried all kinds of therapies, but nothing really reached me. There were parts of me those methods just couldn\u2019t touch.\n\nSlowly, I began looking for my own path \u2014 not because I believed it would work, but because I didn\u2019t know where else to turn.\n\nIt was energy healing that finally began to open something \u2014 something inside me that needed to be seen. These practices guided me back to myself \u2014 to my body, my heart, and my soul. I realised that what I once experienced as being \u201ctoo sensitive\u201d was never a flaw \u2014 it was a gift. A gift that was asking to be lived, expressed, and shared.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Today I know: \u2728\u2728 My sensitivity isn\u2019t a flaw \u2014 it\u2019s my gift and my strength.\n\u2728 The way I sense things has become something I can use for healing \u2014 for myself and for others.\n\u2728 My journey itself was what taught me how I support healing.<\/strong><\/p>

When people come to me now \u2014 especially highly sensitive women who feel disconnected from themselves \u2014\nI often get a sense of what\u2019s underneath what they\u2019re struggling with.\nI can usually feel what they need before they find the words for it, because I\u2019ve learned to listen \u2014 to what\u2019s quiet, unspoken, and happening inside.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
